1. Services and Project Scopes

Webitech360 provides digital solutions, IT consulting, software development, website optimization, and related tech services. Any specific technical milestones, project timelines, deliverables, and service scopes will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or digital invoice agreement.

2. Client Responsibilities & Data Assets

You agree to provide timely access to necessary assets, content, API credentials, hosting configurations, or copy materials required for project completion. Webitech360 is not responsible for project deployment delays caused by a client’s failure to provide accurate data, timely approvals, or proper technical feedback.

3. Payment Terms, Subscriptions, & Cancellations

You agree to pay the fees specified for the services ordered. All fees are exclusive of applicable digital service taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to pause projects or suspend hosting if payments are not cleared within the grace period.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All designs, source code snippets, and structural layouts on our site belong exclusively to Webitech360. Upon full payment, ownership of specifically developed custom deliverables transfers to the client, subject to third-party licensing.

5. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided on an "as is" basis. Webitech360 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or server security breaches experienced on your individual infrastructure.

Refund Policy

We do not provide any kind of refund due to the nature of our business. Given the bespoke resource-allocation nature of custom software development and digital service hours, setup fees and milestone payments are non-refundable.

Privacy Policy

At Webitech360, your privacy is a priority. We collect identity/contact info (name, email, phone) and project technical assets to deliver our services.

How We Use Information

We use your information to deliver optimized services, send project updates, and ensure security. We do not sell, lease, or trade your personal information to third-party commercial marketing firms.

Data Protection

We implement robust administrative and electronic security measures. Project credentials and source code are treated as confidential and handled via encrypted channels.

Your Rights (DPDP Act)

In alignment with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act of India, you reserve the right to request access to, correction of, or immediate deletion of your personal contact data from our active databases.
